I believe I'm finally begining to detect a hint of worry from you.

Imagine that.

The crowd seemed awefully quiet when matters of faith and God came up also. The Democrats have truly become the party of Nihilism.

Anonymous: Huh? I've been saying publicly since at least December that Bush could lose, and I still think it's likely to be a 2000-style squeaker, but if anything I think Kerry looks weaker after the convention. (See today's column.) I'm not sure how you read a "hint of worry" into a column that ends talking about any Democrat's built-in liability on foreign policy. Do you think it's a desperate point to make, because foreign policy doesn't matter politically? If so, I don't think you're correct.
