Raich and Roll
In today's AmSpec column, I analyze Raich and come out against stare decisis on the High Court, at least as it's generally applied (that is, according to justices' whims).

I have an answer for the end of your column, when you ask: "Why?"
The answer generally pisses-off conservatives (but I'm a libertarian, so I'm used to pissing people off). It's only three words, but for some reason they don't like what it says...
