Great article John!
You made a great case, although I quoted you on my own site to argue the opposite position (sorry).
I suspect Roberts will be a good Justice, but I have some doubts. I really doubt the wisdom of not fighting this battle for the Judiciary now, instead being content to put the fight off by nominating someone unobjectionable.
Anyway, it was a great article.
