Podcast #3b: Civil Liberties at CPAC
Georgetown University Law Professor Viet Dinh and former Congressman (and American Spectator contributing editor) Bob Barr debated civil liberties this afternoon, and I recorded their opening statements for you. This one runs 23, minutes 40 seconds.
Note that I accidentally put a little too much silence between the end of Barr's remark and my sign-off. Sorry about that.

John,
This was a terrific debate. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. I found both sides of the discussion enlightening. Could I play an excerpt of it in my podcast this weekend?
Sure, no problem.
